Fantasy Fudge

  1. Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234u0b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels until melted.
  3. Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.
  4. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Top with walnut halves and press into fudge.
  6. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
  7. Makes 3 pounds.
