Fantasy Fudge
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- walnut halves
- Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
- Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234u0b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels until melted.
- Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.
- Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Top with walnut halves and press into fudge.
- Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
- Makes 3 pounds.
