Simple Chive Butter Sauce

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. After its mixed, roll butter into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Place in the fridge to harden.
  4. Use this as a spread or, the next time you grill a steak, cut a 1/4-inch slice and place it over the top when the steak is warm.
  5. And that's it: Instant chive-butter sauce.
