Cuban Hot Dog
- 4 hot dog buns
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 4 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
- 4 premium hot dogs
- 4 pickle planks
- Country-style Dijon mustard, if desired
- Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Place coals to 1 side in charcoal grill.
- Open buns; place 2 slices cheese into each bun.
- Top with 1 slice ham.
- Wrap stuffed buns in aluminum foil; place opposite heat on grill.
- Place hot dogs onto grill.
- Grill, turning occasionally, 5-9 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove buns from grill; place 1 hot dog into each bun.
- Place 1 pickle plank on 1 side of hot dog; spread with mustard, if desired.
