Mandarin Pork Or Chicken

  1. Mix water, Karo syrup, red pepper and corn starch until smooth. Stir in soy sauce. Set aside. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp. oil over high heat. Add meat and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes. Remove from skillet; drain off liquid. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil; add broccoli, onions and carrots. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp (or tender, depending on how you like it). Return meat to skillet. Stir in Karo syrup sauce mix. Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
