Gooey Butter Cake
- 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese (softened)
- Mix first four ingredients until blended.
- It will be thick.
- Spread in 9 inch x 13 inch cake pan with spatula.
- Mix powdered sugar, 2 eggs and softened cream cheese.
- Pour on top of cake mixture in cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) F. for 30-35 minutes.
