Baked French Doughnuts

  1. Cream margarine and sugar and mix well.
  2. Add egg and mix.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
  4. Fill greased muffin tins half full and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350F.
  5. Remove doughnuts from pan immediately.
  6. Dip or toss in melted margarine, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
