Crockpot Meatballs 2
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 each onions fried, 2.8 ounce can
- 2 large eggs
- 1 each onion soup mix
- 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 2 each soup, cream of mushroom cans
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
- Mix first 8 ingredients together.
- Form into balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375F (190C) until firm, about 20 minutes.
- Place meatballs in crockpot.
- Top with soup and cheese.
- Cook on Low 6 hours.
