Green Chile Burger with Cream Cheese Spread

  1. In a small bowl stir together the ingredients for the spread.
  2. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the ingredients for the burger and form into 6 equal-sized patties.
  4. I just use my hands to combine.
  5. Cook patties on a preheated grill or in a skillet heated over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium, or until desired doneness.
  7. Serve each patty on a burger bun that has been drizzled with olive oil and toasted.
  8. Top with some sliced jalapenos and plenty of spread.
