Green Chile Burger with Cream Cheese Spread
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeno Juice (from Jar Of Jalapenos)
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef Chuck
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Diced Green Chiles
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- Olive Oil For Brushing On Buns Prior To Toasting
- Jalapeno Slices For Topping.
- In a small bowl stir together the ingredients for the spread.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- In a large bowl mix together the ingredients for the burger and form into 6 equal-sized patties.
- I just use my hands to combine.
- Cook patties on a preheated grill or in a skillet heated over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium, or until desired doneness.
- Serve each patty on a burger bun that has been drizzled with olive oil and toasted.
- Top with some sliced jalapenos and plenty of spread.
