Whole Yuzu Tea
- 1/2 to 1 Yuzu
- 1 tea bag Black tea
- 1 Sugar or honey
- Cut the yuzu in half, then cut off a thin slice to float on top of the tea.
- Put the tea bag in the cup, then pour in boiling water.
- Squeeze the yuzu juice into the cup, float the slice on top, add sugar to taste, then drink up.
