Tuna Noodle Bake
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. cubed cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) broccoli
- 1 (6 oz.) tuna
- paprika to taste
- Blend butter and flour in heavy saucepan.
- Stir in milk gradually.
- Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, onion and cheese.
- Cook until cheese melts.
- Layer broccoli and tuna in buttered casserole dish. Spoon cheese sauce over top.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Per serving: 380 calories, 20 g. protein, 13.4 g. carbohydrates, 83.3 mg cholesterol, 423 mg potassium, 27.9 g. fat and 929.3 mg sodium.
