Apple Glazed Pork Cutlets Recipe

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
  3. Stir in applesauce.
  4. Set aside 1/2 c. sauce and cook remainder over low heat 15 min.
  5. Place pork on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan and brush with half of reserved sauce.
  6. Broil 6 inches from heat 4 to 5 min.
  7. Turn and brush with remaining 1/4 c. of reserved sauce.
  8. Broil 4 to 5 min or possibly till done.
  9. Transfer to a serving platter; spoon remaining sauce over pork.
  10. Serves 4.
