Dads Delicious Cheeseball

  1. Note: If you use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese, you will end up with a cheeseBOWL.
  2. For this reason, I prefer to use the full fat stuff...come on, its the holidays!
  3. Make sure that your cream cheese is at room temp it mixes a lot easier!
  4. Mix all the cheeses together in a large bowl, using an electric mixer (or stand mixer, for those of you lucky enough to have one...).
  5. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, and minced onion and garlic salt to taste (I use about 1/2 cup and 1 T, respectively).
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Chill.
  8. After an hour or so, take the cheese mess out of the fridge.
  9. Roll into a large ball (or several smaller ones multiple parties!).
  10. If the cheese is too sticky, put it back in the fridge and try it again later (Dad always makes his the day before the party and refrigerates overnight).
  11. Roll in your favorite chopped nut (walnuts!
  12. ), pop on a plate, and serve with crackers!

pimento cheese, english cheese, cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, onion, garlic, nuts
