Dads Delicious Cheeseball
- 1 jar Pimento Cheese
- 1 jar Old English Cheese
- 2 packages Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish
- Finely Minced Onion
- Garlic Salt
- Chopped Nuts, Your Favorite
- Note: If you use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese, you will end up with a cheeseBOWL.
- For this reason, I prefer to use the full fat stuff...come on, its the holidays!
- Make sure that your cream cheese is at room temp it mixes a lot easier!
- Mix all the cheeses together in a large bowl, using an electric mixer (or stand mixer, for those of you lucky enough to have one...).
- Add in the Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, and minced onion and garlic salt to taste (I use about 1/2 cup and 1 T, respectively).
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chill.
- After an hour or so, take the cheese mess out of the fridge.
- Roll into a large ball (or several smaller ones multiple parties!).
- If the cheese is too sticky, put it back in the fridge and try it again later (Dad always makes his the day before the party and refrigerates overnight).
- Roll in your favorite chopped nut (walnuts!
- ), pop on a plate, and serve with crackers!
