OREO Mini Cheesecakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended.
  5. Spoon over cookies.
  6. Bake 20 min.
  7. or until centers are almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  10. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cheesecakes.
  11. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving.
