Hawaiian Burgers (Chicken Burgers)
- 1 cup Diced Fresh Pineapple
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- Finely Chopped Onion, To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 4 whole Kaiser Rolls
- Pineapple salsa:
- I used fresh pineapple, so I cut and cored a pineappple, then diced up about a cup for the salsa.

- Add the cilantro, crushed garlic clove, and some finely chopped onion to taste.
- Pour in the olive oil and salt and pepper and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
- Burgers:
- Meanwhile, you can get your big, strappin husband to mix up the chicken for the burgers.
- Stir together the ground chicken, onion, chopped garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and milk.
- Form into 4 burgers, and pan fry over medium heat for 4 minutes on the first side, and another 3-5 minutes on the second side.
- Just flip them gently and watch that they dont get too brown.
- Pop the opened kaiser rolls into a 350-degree oven for 4 minutes to toast the buns.
- Serve with the pineapple salsa, lettuce and tomato and sweet potato fries on the side.
