  1. Stir mayonnaise, cilantro and jalapenos in small bowl to blend.
  2. Season dressing to taste with salt.
  3. Place 2 bread slices on plates.
  4. Spread each with 1/4 of dressing.
  5. Top with turkey, onion, a second bread slice, remaining dressing, avocado slices and sprouts.
  6. Place third bread slice atop each sandwich; press to compact slightly.
  7. Cut sandwiches into quarters; skewer together with extra-long toothpicks, if desired.
