Grilled Ham and Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. Combine eggs,ham, celery,onions,mayonnaise, mustard,salt and pepper: spread on six slices of bread.
  2. Top with remaining bread and set aside.
  3. In a Bowl, whisk batter ingredients until well blended.
  4. Heat about 1/2 inches of oil in large deep skillet.
  5. Dip sandwiches into batter.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
