Mango Coleslaw - for Freezing

  1. Grate cabbage and add salt.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Squeeze out and then add carrot and mango.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Boil syrup ingredients for 1 minute.
  6. Let stand until lukewarm; pour over cabbage.
  7. Freeze in containers the size you need for your family's needs.
