Spice Rub

• 1/2 cup ground chile molido
• 3 tablespoons roasted ground coriander
• 2 tablespoons toasted ground cumin
• Dashes salt and sugar

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Store in an air-tight container until ready for use.
