Fast Fruit Delight with Coffee Liqueur

• 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 3 cups mixed berries or chopped seasonal fruit
• Vanilla cookies (recommended: Marias) for garnish, optional

1. Mix the coffee liqueur and condensed milk in a small bowl.
2. Set aside.
3. Put 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream in each parfait glass.
4. Scatter the berries or fruit evenly over the ice cream and drizzle with the coffee liqueur mixture.
5. Garnish with a vanilla cookie, if desired, and serve immediately.
