Mustard Glazed Roast Salmon
- 2 pounds Salmon Filet
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a sheet pan with a sheet of foil.
- 2)In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except salmon) until they are well combined.
- 3)Place the salmon on the sheet pan, and coat the salmon with the mustard glaze.
- 4)Roast the salmon in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is barely cooked through and the glaze has melted into the fish.
- 5)Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
