Sandwich Roll-Ups
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 4 spinach-flavoured flour tortillas (9 inch)
- 5 oz. (180 g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- Mix cream cheese product and feta cheese until well blended.
- Spread onto tortillas; top evenly with salmon and spinach.
- Roll up tightly.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Cut each roll-up in half to serve.
