Middle Eastern Adana Kabob

  1. put ground lamb in large bowl
  2. in food processor...put chopped up red pepper..garlic ..parsley & olive oil & gring into paste & put in bowl with lamb
  3. combine all other ingredients in bowl with lamb & mix well & let sit in fridge overnight if possible
  4. form into long patties & cook on grill
  5. for spread
  6. in small bowl combine yogurt ..crushed garlic..lemon juice & salt...& wisk well
  7. for sandwich...open pita put lettuce ..tomato..red onion ...adana kabob & drizzle with yogurt spread
  8. eat & enjoy
