Bosaky Se Rehm (Potato Dumplings W/Sauerkraut)

  1. Peel and grate raw potatoes.
  2. Squeeze dry.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Make round balls about 1 inch in diameter and cook 15 min in boiling salted water.
  5. Serve with hot meats and more sauerkraut.
