Holiday Popcorn

  1. Preheat oven to 275F.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp.
  3. of the salt over popcorn in large bowl; toss to coat.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently.
  6. Add marshmallows; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1/4 tsp.
  8. salt.
  9. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat.
  10. Spread onto greased baking sheet.
  11. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp, stirring after 15 minutes.
  12. Cool on wax paper.
