Brickle Brownies

  1. Beat eggs well; gradually add both sugars and beat until thick and creamy.
  2. Add butter and extracts.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until moist fold in 23 brickel bits and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired.
  5. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan, and bake 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven sprinkle with remaining brickel bits.
  7. Cool completly.
  8. Cut into squares
