Mixed Greens with Plums and Marinated Goat Cheese

  1. Whisk oil and 2 tablespoons basil in shallow bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cheese; spoon basil oil over.
  4. Cover; let stand at room temperature 2 hours.
  5. Remove cheese from basil oil.
  6. Reserve oil.
  7. Toss greens and 1/4 cup basil in large bowl.
  8. Add reserved basil oil and vinegar; toss.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Divide among 6 plates.
  11. Top each salad with 1 cheese round and plum wedges.
