Marinated Pork Chops
- 1 (12 ounce) can cola
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 34 teaspoon garlic powder
- 34 teaspoon ground ginger
- 34 teaspoon ground mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 6 pork loin chops with bone (3/4 inch thick)
- In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well.
- Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops.
- Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
- Drain and discard marinade from pork.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade.
