Peaches-N-Cream Pie
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 oz. dry pudding (not instant)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 medium size can sliced peaches, well drained (preserve juice)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan.
- Place peaches over batter.
- Combine in bowl the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice.
- Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter.
- Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
