Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems from caps.
  3. Finely chop stems.
  4. In large frying pan, saute/fry stems, onion, green pepper, pepperoni and garlic in butter for 5 min.
  5. Add in all remaining ingredients except mushroom caps and stir over heat for one minute.
  6. Stuff caps with mix.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 min.
  8. Serve hot in chafing dish.
