Grandma's Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  1. Moisten bread with lowfat milk.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Form into small 1 inch balls.
  4. Brown in skillet on all sides.
  5. Add in water to pan.
  6. Simmer for 20 min.
  7. Broth can be thickened with flour to make a gravy if you like.
