Spicy Peach Glazed Chicken

  1. Combine Glaze ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup.
  4. Preheat grill.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes).
  7. Turn over and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Brush both sides with the peach glaze and continue cooking until done (about 4-5 minutes).
  9. Rinse syrup off of peach halves and pat dry with a paper towel.
  10. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill for about 2 minutes.
  11. Turn peaches over and brush with the reserved 1/2 cup of peach glaze.
  12. Grill until the peaches are soft (about 3- 4 more minutes).
