Satay Chicken Wrap

  1. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
  2. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Spread a strip of peanut butter on each piece of flat bread.
  5. Top with carrot, cucumber, onion and chicken.
  6. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and wrap.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for later.
