Ten Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Boil
  2. beef
  3. until
  4. done
  5. and remove from broth.
  6. If you want totemovetrease,

  9. to let broth get cold and grease will

  12. top for easy removal.
  13. Put broth in large kettle (10 quart)
  14. to
  15. make soup.
  16. Add cabbage , green beans, potatoes, celery,
  17. carrots,
  18. onions
  19. and lima beans.tdd V-8 juice and cook
  20. 1/2
  21. hour
  22. or
  23. until vegetables begin to seem done.
  24. Add corn,
  25. peas
  26. and tomatoes last.
  27. Add water or beef bouillon as needed for flavor.took another 1/2 hour and let stand for flavor.
  28. Add beef back in soup, if desired.
