chicken Alfredo roll ups
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 alfredo saue
- 2 cup cooked chicken
- 1 oregano
- 1 garlic salt
- 3 cup mozerella
- preheat oven to 350
- cook lasagna noodles
- drain and rinse noodles with cold water to prevent sticking
- blot dry with paper towel
- spread 2 tbl spoon Alfredo sauce over each noodle and then sprinkle oregano and garlic salt on top of sauce
- then spread chicken and cheese evenly over each noodle
- repeat layer
- 1/2 cup butter, 2 oz crm cheese, 2 cups heavy cream, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- melt butter over medium heat, and garlic and cook 1 min.
- then add crm cheese and whisk smooth, whisk in heavy cream season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bring to simmer and whisk approx 15 min and add cheese and remove from heat.
