Spicy Meatloaf with Olive Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup steak sauce, eggs and half each of the peppers and olives until blended.
  3. Shape into loaf in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour and 10 min.
  5. or until done (160F).
  6. Let stand 10 min.
  7. Meanwhile, mix corn, onions and remaining steak sauce, peppers and olives until blended.
  8. Serve spooned over meatloaf.
