Marie's Strawberry and Gorgonzola Salad

  1. Prepare the Strawberries the day before by hulling and slicing them in two pieces.
  2. Sprinkle them with the Splenda and stir to cover all pieces without breaking them up, cover and refrigerate.
  3. Shred the two types of lettuce and toss them together.
  4. Spread the lettuce on plates.
  5. Sprinkle the lettuce with the Gorgonzola and some of the salad dressing.
  6. Place the Strawberries on the lettuce and add a little more dressing to taste.
  7. Serve as a starter or a main course.
