Orange-Biscotti Tiramisu

  1. Cook nuts and sugar in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.
  2. or until sugar is dissolved and nuts are evenly glazed, stirring constantly.
  3. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
  4. Break nuts into small pieces.
  5. Add milk to COOL WHIP in medium bowl; whisk until blended.
  6. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; top with ladyfinger pieces, oranges and nuts.
