Foo Yong Hy (Crab Omelet)

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Heat a bit of oil in a skillet.
  3. Add crab, season with salt and pepper, and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add beaten eggs, and stir to mix.
  5. Cook until egg is set.
  6. Serve immediately.
