Foo Yong Hy (Crab Omelet)
- 1 (15 ounce) can crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- salt or pepper
- Beat eggs well.
- Heat a bit of oil in a skillet.
- Add crab, season with salt and pepper, and fry for a few seconds.
- Add beaten eggs, and stir to mix.
- Cook until egg is set.
- Serve immediately.
