Chicken Casserole

  1. Stew chickens with some onion, celery and salt.
  2. Saute in butter, onions, green pepper and drained mushrooms.
  3. In a large pan, put liquid from drained mushrooms and olives; add chicken broth.
  4. Bring to boil and add noodles, sauteed mixture, olives and frozen peas (thawed).
  5. Add 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and chicken.
  6. Put half of this mixture in baking dish. Add layer of cheese, other half of cheese and bread crumbs.
  7. Bake in 350u0b0 oven.
