Shrimp a La Yay!

  1. Preheat electric grill to 350F.
  2. In blender or food processor mix all ingredients for marinade.
  3. Rinse shrimp well and pat dry.
  4. Put in bowl that has a tight fitting lid.
  5. Pour marinade over shrimp, cover and shake well.
  6. Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
  7. Drain off excess liquid and skewer 5 shrimp per wooden skewer.
  8. Grill 5-10 minutes or until shrimp are done to your liking.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Makes 12 Skewers / 3 per person.
  11. Yields 4 servings.
