Heavenly Banana Pudding
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) packages of sugar-free instant Vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups low-fat milk (I use 1% milk)
- 8 oz. fat-free sour cream
- 1 large container fat-free Cool Whip
- 1 (12 oz.) reduced fat vanilla wafers
- 3-4 bananas, sliced
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
- Beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Add the sour cream and 2/3 container of Cool Whip.
- Beat for another minute.
- To assemble the pudding, place a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of the container you plan to use.
- Can use a trifle bowl.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas, next a layer of pudding.
- Repeat with a layer of vanilla wafers, a layer of bananas, and a layer of pudding.
- The top layer should be pudding.
- If you like a lot of vanilla wafers, add another layer of them on the layer of pudding.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
