Dried Prune Jam
- 100 grams Dried prunes
- 100 grams Red wine
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Soak the dried prunes in red wine overnight.
- Add the wine soaked dried prunes, sugar, and lemon juice into a pot.
- Simmer while mashing with a wooden spatula.
- When it becomes your preferred thickness, it's done!
- Pour it into a clean bottle, and store.
