Ed'S Baked Ham And Turkey Rolls

  1. Have both ham and turkey sliced at least 1/8 inch thick. Either use Stove Top stuffing or mix up a batch of your own best dressing and a pan of giblet gravy.
  2. I sometimes use chicken or mushroom gravy.
  3. Ready made gravy made be used if you like.
  4. Lay 1 slice of ham down and place 1 slice of turkey on top of ham overlapping about 1/2 way up the slice.
  5. Now place enough dressing on the meat to make a good serving and roll it up.
  6. Place all the meat rolls in a large baking dish.
  7. Pour gravy over the meat rolls. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until hot.
  8. Remove from oven and place a slice of cheese and a slice tomato on top of each roll, return to oven until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot. This is great for a large group and can be made in advance.
  10. Freezes well.
