Smoked Salmon Rolls Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
• 1 (2 ounce.) jar red caviar
• 1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon

1. Blend cream cheese with lowfat sour cream.
2. Gently mix in caviar and spread salmon slices with mix.
3. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
4. Serve chilled.
