Carousel Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil with mixer on low speed 1 min.
  3. Beat on medium speed 4 min.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube or 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  6. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan 5 min.
  8. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Transfer cake to plate.
  11. Drizzle with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Glaze; top with sprinkles.
  12. Let stand until glaze is firm.
  13. Decorate cake with crackers and straws as shown in photo.
