Breaded Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste on a sheet of wax paper.
  2. Combine lowfat milk and egg in a shallow bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Dip pork chops in lowfat milk mix and dredge in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Saute/fry pork chops 5 min or possibly till browned.
  6. Turn and saute/fry another 5-6 min or possibly till pork is cooked throughout.
