Breaded Pork Chops Recipe
- 1/4 c. Plus
- 2 Tbsp. Seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat lowfat milk
- 1 lrg Egg, lightly beaten
- 4 x Pork rib chops, bone in
- 1/4 c. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
- Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste on a sheet of wax paper.
- Combine lowfat milk and egg in a shallow bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Dip pork chops in lowfat milk mix and dredge in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- Saute/fry pork chops 5 min or possibly till browned.
- Turn and saute/fry another 5-6 min or possibly till pork is cooked throughout.
