Easy Foil-baked Salmon

  1. Lightly salt and pepper the salmon.
  2. Julienne the carrot and green pepper.
  3. Shred the enoki mushrooms.
  4. On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the salmon, vegetables, and butter in order.
  5. Drizzle ponzu sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Wrap up tightly, and heat in a oven for about 15 minutes.
  7. If you'd like, serve with squeezed lemon or citrus.
