Easy Foil-baked Salmon
- 1 filet Salmon (lightly salted)
- 3 cm worth Carrot
- 1 Green pepper
- 1/3 bunch Enoki mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 5 to 10 grams Butter
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Lemon or yuzu citrus
- Lightly salt and pepper the salmon.
- Julienne the carrot and green pepper.
- Shred the enoki mushrooms.
- On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the salmon, vegetables, and butter in order.
- Drizzle ponzu sauce and soy sauce.
- Wrap up tightly, and heat in a oven for about 15 minutes.
- If you'd like, serve with squeezed lemon or citrus.
