Soy-Based Dipping Sauce for Sashimi

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, uncovered, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, strain, and set aside to cool.
  4. Divide into serving dishes and garnish with wasabi.
