Angies Boneless BBQ Ribs
- 2 pounds Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs
- 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Mesquite Grill Mates Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Season-All
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce, 18 Ounce Bottle, Use As Much As You Want
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- Sprinkle ribs liberally with mesquite and Montreal seasonings, season all, salt and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning into ribs.
- Place ribs in crock pot or large pot and cover with water.
- Add enough liquid smoke to water to turn it a light brown color.
- Cook on stove top at a low rolling boil for 2.5 hours or in crock pot until tender, approximately 5 hours.
- Remove ribs from cooking liquid and place on foil lined grill, or indoor griddle.
- Baste with BBQ sauce and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Heat through until brown sugar has melted and somewhat caramelized.
