Chicken And Wine A La Sandra

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter.
  2. Add potatoes, onion, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Saute until tender, then add bread crumbs.
  4. In a shallow dish, put oil and garlic cloves. Pound cutlets and add a couple of tablespoons of stuffing.
  5. Roll and place, flap down, in baking dish.
  6. Add cooking sherry, water and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper.
  7. Cover with foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes in 350u0b0 oven.
  8. Cook time:
  9. 1 hour.
